This is Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins under the same roof......which I can't say I'd ever seen before. So I walk in at around 6:30PM. There's an employee messing around with some boxes behind the counter. Fine. I stand there. Surely she must notice that I'm standing there, but she completely ignores me. I stand there for a good 2 minutes. No "I'll be right with you," nothing. Finally, another employee comes from the back and takes my order - she was at least cordial. Why couldn't Box Lady, if she was so busy, simply yell for her co-worker in the back? That's the kind of poor service that makes me scratch my head. But anyway, at least the iced coffee was good. It was actually better here than it is at the DD by my office. And at a time of day when I would have expected them to have stale coffee, no less. I was going to give 2 stars for crappy service, but I have to admit, the coffee was pretty good. This just goes to show that you can ignore me entirely, treat me like a scoop of dirt.........but if you give me good coffee I'll shrug it off and give you 3 stars.

For god sakes, filter the water. Makes the coffee and iced tea taste like backwash from the storm drain. How on earth can you guys not taste the swill? I have asked the last two sets of management about it to no avail. Why spend a dime when people keep coming? Well, they won't be getting my dimes anymore till they fix it. I want to give it zero stars but unfortunately it's not an option.

15 minutes parking with purchase if a combo - wow what a bargain !!! It is actually cheaper and faster to buy a cup of coffee and use the free parking that to look for a space along 41st at noon. The services I find depends on what time of day but all in all good and friendly. The patrons are what make the service bad at times, too many slow, picky people who won't order from the menu - I know everyone wants to be special but come on !!! But no bacon , really ? I understand the area but still. FAIL. I want real bacon, If I wanted healthy I would not be in Dunkin' Donuts in the first place.

America Runs On Dunkin'! I love Dunkin Donuts and this location is pretty nice and combined with a Baskin Robbins. They have a free lot in the back for parking but its a 15 minute limit. I am not that familiar with the Jewish areas in Miami Beach so it was weird that they had all these Kosher stickers and certificates on the wall. The downside was they don't have bacon there... WTF. All the breakfast meals that normally come with bacon have veggie bacon instead. I WANT MAH DAMN BACON.

Hard to go wrong as a dunkin donuts, so let's just say this one is a little below average. My complaints about this one are not that severe. The line is always long, which is not an issue, but it moves very slowly. The bathrooms are not always clean, I would say there were a couple dirty times, then I just stopped trying. The organization behind the counter seems a little like the key stone cops. With that type of efficiency. But the servers are very nice.

Needed to know before I ordered and paid that the meat was vegetarian only. No one told me and it was not what I wanted. Would have had a bagel instead.

It would have been nice to know that the bacon was not actual bacon before leaving with my food. There was a small sign near the register indicating that Kosher food was being served, but I still felt the clerk should have clarified that the bacon was not actually bacon as it simply didn't register until I actually unwrapped the sandwich. The coffee creamer tasted strange as well and gave the coffee a different texture than DD coffee with creamer typically has. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This place is horrible all around. The employees have no clue what they are doing and the place is a mess. I'm surprised Health Dept. hasn't shut them down. At all cost do not come here!

Coming from the west coast, Dunkin Donuts is like gold! I was definitely disappointed when I looked once, twice and yes the third time at the menu. I had to ask the cashier "no meat?" And she confirmed with a yes. Whomp whomp! Okay although its meatless im open to veggie or tofu like, but wow when I ordered the wrap with veggie bacon, I did not expect to see my dogs bacpn bacon treat (thats what it looked like). Thank goodness they have the hashbrowns. Later I learned its kosher, so I have respect for that. Just a disappointment for someone who doesnt have a dunkin. Now I know if I ever go there, coffee and donut only :)

clearly i dont need to add ANOTHER bad review to this list but i have one serious question that i really need answered..with all the money this establishment makes WHY dont they have a glass encasement around the doughnuts?!?!? if you dont get the doughnuts first thing in the AM they will be stale and ROCK HARD by noon or after.. This blows my mind considering stores like wawa and walgreens that dont even sell doughnuts as their primary source of income are smart enough to encase their doughnuts to keep them fresh and sanitary! And whats worse is they charge you over $1 per doughnut, stale or not! smh! this place only stays open because the Jewish people in the neighborhood patronize all the kosher places on the street even tho most of them SUCK

They don't have meat at this location. The vegi meat products are really bad. The "bacon" is neon pink. As if that wasn't bad enough they just did a bad job making the coffee, it just didn't taste like Dunkin coffee should.

This place is always a little dirty. While they get you in and out, and my kids love the ice cream Its hard to hang out with the dated decor.

This is a busy corner Dunkin Donuts with no parking and a long line in the mornings. They are a Kosher store and have no meat products , so expect a veggie patty instead of a sausage in your factory egg and chesse sandwich !

Every time I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts , it's always been bad service. When you're in line they take a while to acknowledge you. I've been in line to order an ice cream cone, they see you're waiting and don't even bother to come to you right away. Bad service overall; very slow

This dunkins is not the best one around. It's always crowded and the service is bad. I ordered a muffin, but as soon as I said it I changed my mind and ordered a donut instead. There was less than a second between my orders, but the girl at the front rolled her eyes and loudly complained that people these days cant seem to even order and walked off leaving me standing there in confusion. Otherwise, the food and coffee are of average dunkins quality. There is no meat here as they only use veggie patties at this location. There's never any real line here, and the service is fast.

Donuts were not soft and fluffy like other stores. Blueberry cake was good. Service was miserable at best. Dis-organized staff that failed to pay attention to the customers. Register personell needs a class In customer service.

Really nice staff. They look like they don't give a damn, but if you ask them how they are, they open up :) I always come for the toasted bagels & cream cheese. Cheap & filling! I also love the donuts too :) The Baskin Robbins is ..... alright. when you ask for a 2 scoop ice cream... it is literally a 2 scoop ice cream. There's parking in the back.. but people tend to park right beside the building and block the road.

I have gone there numerous times, trying to get a fresh donut. Have even asked the staff if any donuts are fresh. Never happens. Sad, as I live nearby.

They serve veggie patties and veggie bacon. Nice. Perfect candidate for my Health Nut List. The service is not all that great but its fast food so whatever. The restaurant serves the orthodox Jewish population on Miami Beach so you are kosher, guaranteed. As far as Vegan friendly - they do not have dairy free creamers (i.e. soy milk, rice milk, almond milk).
